One of the newest electric locomotive types on Belgian railways, the Type 13s are very much a mixed traffic locomotive, operating anything from express passenger trains to heavy freight trains, often in pairs.
This model is of loco No.1358, which carries inscriptions to commemorate it being in charge of the first train over the newly opened LGV2 line in Belgium.
The model has a wealth of detail including fine pantographs, superb moulding on the body and chassis and crisply applied livery and printing. Directional lighting, DCC socket and NEM coupling pockets come as standard.
