Faulty Items
If any of the goods are faulty please notify us of your intent to return the item(s) using our contact details. Please describe the nature of the fault in your message. It may be possible to rectify the problem without you having to return the item(s).
On receipt of the item, we may initially attempt a repair, if a repair cannot be affected we will provide a replacement. Should a replacement item be unavailable, we will refund the original purchase price.
C&M Models will refund any return postage costs associated with faulty items. Please use the most cost-effective return postage method. (Second class recorded is recommended) If the item(s) returned comprises the entire original order, and we issue a refund, We will also refund the original delivery costs.
If the item is returned to us and is found to be without fault, or is damaged due to accident or mistreatment, it will be returned to you. Return postage costs will not be refunded. The item will be subject to a return postage charge. We will notify you of this in any case. If the item is damaged, we will offer the opportunity for the model to be repaired. Repairs will be charged at our normal servicing rates, plus the cost of any parts used.
If the item is received as damaged in transit, please re-pack the unused item and return it to us immediately. We will replace the item or refund if a replacement is not available. Return postage fees will be refunded.
Any item that you wish to return that is found to be incompatible with your layout, control system, or any other component or system must be treated as an unwanted item.
